Igor Gorlatov

Originally from Belarus, Igor moved to Charlotte in 2016 after falling in love with the USA when studying marketing on a Fulbright Scholarship. As the founder of one of leading web development and digital marketing companies in Belarus (TANIX.BY), Igor was invited to be an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Belarusian State University. His success as a lecturer for business students led to him being promoted to the position of MBA Program Director.

He was also involved in international negotiations as a simultaneous interpreter for various organizations, such as the Trilateral Group on Peaceful Resolution of the Conflict in Ukraine, the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, UN, EU Commission and many others. 


LeeAnn Shattuck

LeeAnn Shattuck is the owner of TheCarChick.Com, a unique car buying service that helps women get a great deal on a new or used car without the hassle and frustrations that come with traditional car shopping.

Brian Formato is the Founder and Principal at Groove Management.  In 2016 he started LeaderSurf, a unique leadership development program that merges learning to surf with becoming a better leader.

Brian is a seasoned organizational development, communications and digital marketing leader with 20+ years of corporate experience.  He is an accomplished speaker, writer and executive coach who has had a positive impact on individuals and organizations around the globe.

Albert Banks


Growing up as the son of a Naval Engineer, Albert relocated across oceans and state lines and found friends at every stop. Today, he is the CEO and Co-Founder of Myjive (myjive.com), where he oversees operations and finances to support continued growth of their digital service-based businesses.

Myjive businesses include: South (thesouthagency.com), a digital marketing and social media agency and Untold (untold-digital.com), a design-driven technology and production partner. His success has led to award-winning solutions for Regal Boats, NAPA Filters, Pelton & Crane, Trinity Partners and Volvo Trucks North America.

Scott Patterson

Scott has successfully bought and sold well over 100 houses. He is also a former President of Metrolina Real Estate Investment Association. He runs an educational Real Estate Investment Unfiltered MeetUp Group (not your grandma’s real estate meeting).

Bianca Capó

Bianca Capó is the Principal Coach and Founder of Strengthen the Team, as well as Strengthen-HER, both subsidiaries of Capo Integrated Coaching & Consulting.

Bianca has been coaching and consulting for 22 years. As a Gallup and Strengths Strategy, Inc. Certified Strength Coach, she empowers individuals and strengthens organizational teams by helping them gain a deeper self-awareness of their natural talents to increase performance and engagement. 

Julia Anthone


Julia Anthone has 10 years of experience in both the startup and corporate world.  She establishes strategic advisory relationships and drives value of products and services through marketing and sales.

She prefers being an integral part of building a successful team from the ground up, where her diverse skills can really be put to the test. Julia offers social media consulting and is also head of sales and client success at Salesmate.

Technical Support

Katya Gorlatova

Katya pays amazing attention to detail, so that every component of the event falls into place, including snacks, materials, photography, badges, you name it. Throughout her career she organized dozens of events: fashion shows, Comic Cons, corporate retreats, Executive MBA workshops and all the previous Negotiation Boot Camps!

Back in Belarus her main task was Management of the Minsk-based Technical Support Unit of the office of the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine. She helped the Office of the Special Representative with the organization of negotiations on a peaceful solution of the conflict in eastern Ukraine. After moving to Charlotte, Katya continues to help with translations and virtual assistance to the new manager of the Technical Unit.
